Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Subscription Wallet (“the App”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS application and related services.
The App helps you organize and monitor your subscriptions, renewal dates, and expenses. We prioritize minimizing data collection and using on-device processing wherever feasible.
What We Collect
Depending on your use and your choices in settings, we may process the following categories:

Note: Sensitive financial account credentials are not requested by the App. Subscription amounts and dates you enter are stored locally and/or in your iCloud if you enable iCloud Sync.
Data Sources & Storage
- On-device: Your subscription list, reminders, and settings are stored on your device by default.
- iCloud (optional): If enabled, Apple’s iCloud stores encrypted app data tied to your Apple ID. We do not control your iCloud account.
- Servers (if applicable): If you create an account with us, minimal account data may be stored on servers hosted by OVH in Germany (VPS that we rent) or Firebase from Google.
How We Use Information
- Provide core features (track subscriptions, schedule notifications).
- Process in-app purchases and manage entitlements.
- Sync your data across devices if you enable iCloud or sign-in.
- Diagnose crashes and improve performance.
- Communicate with you about updates, security, or support.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations.
Data Linking & Tracking (Apple App Privacy)
We do not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
- Data Linked to You: Account data and purchases (if you create an account or make in-app purchases) may be linked to your identity to provide service and support.
- Not Linked: Crash and performance data are used for diagnostics and are not used for tracking.
- Tracking: Tracking is disabled by default. If you later enable any third-party analytics or advertising that qualifies as tracking, we will request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and update this policy.
Third-Party Services
We may use carefully selected providers to operate specific features. Each provider processes data as described in its privacy policy.

Your Choices & Rights
- Access/Export: You can view and export your data from within the App (e.g., share or export CSV/PDF if available).
- Correct/Delete: Edit or delete subscriptions in the App at any time. To delete account data (if accounts are supported), contact subscription.wallet@lamtrinh.dev.
- Notifications: Control reminders in iOS Settings > Notifications and within the App.
- iCloud: Manage iCloud usage in iOS Settings > [[Your Name]] > iCloud.
- Opt-out of Tracking: We do not track for advertising. If that changes, you can deny ATT prompts in iOS.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and platform-provided protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by California law. California residents may request access or deletion by emailing subscription.wallet@lamtrinh.dev.
EEA/UK Notice (GDPR)
Legal bases may include: performance of a contract (provide the App), legitimate interests (diagnostics, security), legal obligation (tax, accounting), and consent (where requested). EEA/UK users can contact our Data Protection contact at subscription.wallet@lamtrinh.dev. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. You may delete local data from the App at any time and request deletion of account data (if applicable) via email.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required, notify you in the App.
